The Electronic Proposal Submission Service (EPSS) will be unavailable from Friday 30 November at 14:00 (Brussels time), due to an infrastructure change.

EPSS hope to be back online on 24 December 2007 and expect the EPSS service to resume on Monday 14 January 2008 at the latest.

The Commission will make every effort to ensure the disruption is kept to a minimum to allow the availability of the EPSS platform for online submission of proposals earlier.

Some call deadlines may be extended to allow for this disruption.
